Turkey, Avocado and Mango Chutney Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 (2.1-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • ½ cup Major Grey's mango chutney
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg big-sliced Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat bacon if desired.
  2. Stir together chutney and mayonnaise in a small bowl; spread over tortillas.
  3. Layer cheese, turkey, lettuce, green onion, avocado and bacon in center third of each tortilla. Roll up tightly and cut in half to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) carton strawberries, sliced
  • ½ lb red grapes
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (8-oz) bag pita chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries and grapes; spoon into dishes.
  2. Top with yogurt, and drizzle with honey.
  3. Serve pita chips on the side.
