Turkey, Avocado and Mango Chutney Wraps
Honey-Drizzled Fruit and Yogurt and Pita Chips
Ingredients
- 1 (2.1-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- ½ cup Major Grey's mango chutney
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg big-sliced Colby Jack cheese
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat bacon if desired.
- Stir together chutney and mayonnaise in a small bowl; spread over tortillas.
- Layer cheese, turkey, lettuce, green onion, avocado and bacon in center third of each tortilla. Roll up tightly and cut in half to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) carton strawberries, sliced
- ½ lb red grapes
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 (8-oz) bag pita chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine strawberries and grapes; spoon into dishes.
- Top with yogurt, and drizzle with honey.
- Serve pita chips on the side.
