Seared Hawaiian Tuna Poke
Sesame Brown Rice with KaleIngredients
- 1½ lb tuna steaks
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1½ tsp refrigerated minced ginger
- 2 small avocados, pitted and diced
- 1 cup seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Sear fish in hot oil in a large skillet over high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Cut into large cubes.
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha and ginger in a large bowl. Add tuna, avocado and cucumber; toss. Serve over brown rice.

- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable brown basmati rice
- 2 cups very thinly sliced lacinato kale
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions. Stir in kale, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
