Moo Shu Chicken
Braised Sesame Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 2 (10.5-oz) pkg chopped Asian salad kits
- 12 fajita-size whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add chicken, ginger and dressing packets from salad kits; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Add all remaining ingredients from salad kits except topping packets; cook 1 minute.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; sprinkle with topping packets. Roll up.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring broth, soy sauce and oil to a boil in a large, deep skillet. Add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes or until tender.
