Cilantro-Lime Tuna Salad in Avocados
Kiwi and Strawberry Toss
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp raw honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught albacore tuna, drained
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, cumin, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add tuna; toss to coat.
- Mound tuna salad evenly into avocado halves to serve.

- 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1½ cups sliced strawberries

- Combine kiwi and strawberries in a large bowl; toss.
