Sweet and Savory Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Scalloped Potatoes and Buttery Lima Beans
Ingredients
- ½ lb chicken tenderloins
- 6 to 8 slices bacon
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Wrap each chicken tenderloin in 1 slice bacon.
- Stir together brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow dish.
- Dredge bacon-wrapped chicken in mixture, shaking off excess.
- Place on a greased wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake 17 to 22 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done.
