Turkey Nachos Grande
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1½ cups diced onion
- 1 (15-oz) can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa
- 1 (6-oz) pkg brown rice tortilla chips
- ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook turkey and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until turkey is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add beans and half of salsa; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Arrange chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Combine sour cream and water. Top nachos with guacamole and remaining salsa. Drizzle with sour cream mixture.
