Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg refrigerated whole-grain breaded chicken breast nuggets (such as Perdue)
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg diced celery
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 avocado, pitted and cubed
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup refrigerated green goddess dressing

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, arrange lettuce, celery, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and eggs on a serving platter. Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing.

  • 3 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg glazed pecan mix (such as Sahale)
