Dad's Cheesy Beefy Nachos

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (15-oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (4-oz) can green chiles
- 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (16-oz) container fresh pico de gallo
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 avocados, pitted and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Stir in cumin and chili powder.
- Arrange half of chips on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; top with half of meat mixture, half of beans, half of chiles, and half of cheese; repeat layers, ending with cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with olives, desired amount of pico de gallo, sour cream and avocados.
