Blueberry-Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen blueberries
  • 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process avocados, berries, coconut milk, honey and lime juice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
