Sweet and Salty Snack Mix

Ingredients
- 1 (9.25-oz) pkg corn chips
- 1 (12-oz) box crispix cereal
- 1 (7.5-oz) pkg bugels
- 1 (12-oz) pkg buttersnap pretzels
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (10.8-oz) pkg miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Toss together corn chips, crispix, bugels, and pretzels in a large roasting pan.
- Bring brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup to a boil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan. Boil 3 minutes; sir in baking soda and vanilla.
- Immediately pour over cereal mixture; toss. Bake 1 hour, stirring often. Pour out onto parchment paper, and spread in a single layer. Add chocolate pieces, stirring to combine. Let stand until cool.
- Store in airtight containers up to 3 weeks.
