White Chocolate-Strawberry Trifles



  • 1 (3.3-oz) pkg white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (16-oz) frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced


  1. Whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Chill until thickened.
  2. Beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Whisk chilled pudding well to remove any lumps.
  4. Layer pudding, cake, sweetened whipped cream, and strawberries in 8 oz cups or jars.
  5. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
