Grilled Pork Chops
Brown Rice and Garlicky Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or use 1 Tbsp fresh)
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, well trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine vinegar, lime juice, honey and thyme; brush onto pork. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill pork, covered with grill lid, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 cup brown jasmine rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ lb organic sugar snap peas, trimmed
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 1 minute; add peas and broth. Cook 5 minutes or until peas are tender and broth is evaporated.
