Maple-Pecan Pork Chops
Garlic Broccoli RabeIngredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped raw pecans
- 2 (6-oz) boneless center-cut pork loin chops
- ½ Tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine garlic, syrup, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Brush over both sides of pork; sprinkle with pecans. Place pork on an oil-rubbed rack on a roasting pan.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until done.

- 1 lb broccoli rabe (or use broccoli florets)
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil

Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli rabe in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring often. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook 3 minutes or until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice.
