Choco-Peanut Butter Banana Grahams

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets honey graham crackers (4 oz)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut or almond butter
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 small banana, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Break each graham cracker in half crosswise to make squares.
  2. Spread nut butter over 8 cracker halves (1 Tbsp per cracker); sprinkle with ½ Tbsp chocolate chips each. Top with banana slices and remaining crackers halves, pressing gently.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap.
