Ground Beef, Asparagus and Basil Stir-Fry
Green Onion RiceIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in basil.

- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; stir in green onions and season to taste.
