Coffee-and-Molasses-Rubbed Steak
Roasted Cauliflower and Red Onions
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
- 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp finely ground espresso
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine oil and molasses; brush over steak. Combine espresso, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub over steak; let stand 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing.

- 2 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 red onions, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
