Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
  • 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak
  • 2 Tbsp finely ground espresso
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine oil and molasses; brush over steak. Combine espresso, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub over steak; let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 8 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until browned and tender.
