Green Kale Smoothie
Apple Wedges with Almond Butter and CranberriesIngredients
- 2 cups packed baby kale, torn
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 (1-liter) carton coconut water
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Process kale, bananas, pineapple, honey, coconut water and ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed. Add enough water to reach desired consistency.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup almond butter
- 4 small apples, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened dried cranberries (such as Natural Healing House)
Side Dish Instructions
- Spread almond butter onto each apple wedge. Sprinkle with cranberries.
