Sweet-and-Salty Honey-Glazed Shrimp
Broccoli-Peanut Soba NoodlesIngredients
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Place shrimp in a large zip-top plastic bag; add half of honey mixture. Let stand 15 minutes; discard marinade.
- Cook shrimp in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat 2 minutes per side. Pour remaining half of honey mixture over shrimp; cook 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over soba noodles.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 oz soba noodles
- 1½ cups broccoli slaw
- 3 Tbsp Thai peanut sauce (such as Annie Chun's)
- 2 Tbsp roasted, salted peanuts
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss noodles with slaw and peanut sauce; sprinkle with peanuts.
