Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ lb beef sirloin steak
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
  • ½ seedless cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 (16-oz) bottle asian sesame with ginger and soy dressing

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add steak, and cook 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet, and let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  3. Toss together lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, radishes, green onions, cilantro and mint in a bowl.
  4. Add desired amount of dressing; toss.
  5. Divide salad among plates; top with steak.
