Thai Beef Salad
Ingredients
- ½ lb beef sirloin steak
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ½ (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
- ½ seedless cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 (16-oz) bottle asian sesame with ginger and soy dressing
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with garlic salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add steak, and cook 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet, and let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
- Toss together lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, radishes, green onions, cilantro and mint in a bowl.
- Add desired amount of dressing; toss.
- Divide salad among plates; top with steak.
