Bacon Cheeseburger Pie
Parmesan Black Pepper Waffle Fries and Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- ½ (14.1-oz) pkg refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (2.5-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll piecrust, and fit into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate, crimping edges, if desired. Prick bottom of crust all over with a fork; bake 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in bacon, panko, ketchup, Dijon and steak seasoning; spoon mixture into partially-baked crust.
- Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl; stir in cheese. Dollop over beef mixture; spread evenly to edges of crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Cut into wedges to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 carrots, cut into sticks
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
- Serve carrots with dressing for dipping.
