Easy Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; keep warm.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbled; drain.
  3. Combine beef mixture, spaghetti, pasta and Alfredo sauces and 1 cup cheese.
  4. Spoon into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together romaine, cucumber and dressing in a large bowl just before serving.
  2. Bake bread according to package directions.
