Easy Baked Spaghetti Casserole
Zesty Salad and Garlic BreadIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; keep warm.
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbled; drain.
- Combine beef mixture, spaghetti, pasta and Alfredo sauces and 1 cup cheese.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together romaine, cucumber and dressing in a large bowl just before serving.
- Bake bread according to package directions.
