Pull-Apart Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) pkg honey wheat slider buns
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bottom halves of buns in dish.
  2. Toss together chicken, barbecue sauce, and mustard in a large bowl. Toss together pineapple and onion in a second bowl.
  3. Arrange chicken mixture on buns in pan; top with pineapple mixture and cheese. Add bun tops, gently pressing down. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are thoroughly heated.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine slaw, kale, and grapes in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and salt; pour over broccoli mixture, and toss.
