Pull-Apart Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Sliders
Creamy Broccoli-Kale Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) pkg honey wheat slider buns
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bottom halves of buns in dish.
- Toss together chicken, barbecue sauce, and mustard in a large bowl. Toss together pineapple and onion in a second bowl.
- Arrange chicken mixture on buns in pan; top with pineapple mixture and cheese. Add bun tops, gently pressing down. Cover with foil.
- Bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are thoroughly heated.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- ⅓ cup reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine slaw, kale, and grapes in a bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and salt; pour over broccoli mixture, and toss.
