Ingredients

1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blackberries
1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced
1 (16-oz) carton heavy cream
1 Tbsp grated orange rind
½ cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp bourbon
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Instructions

Stir together all berries; spoon into individual dishes.
Beat cream and orange rind at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Stir in bourbon.
Dollop cream over berry mixture. Garnish with mint, if desired.
