Seared Tilapia with Pecan Browned Butter
Wild Rice and Buttered Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; season fish with salt and pepper.
- Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Transfer fish to a serving platter; add butter to skillet, and cook over medium heat until melted.
- Add pecans; cook 3 minutes or until butter is browned and nutty.
- Pour over fish.

- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable wild rice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen steam-in-bag green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave rice according to package directions; toss with oil and rosemary.
- Microwave green beans according to package directions; toss with butter.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
