Seared Tilapia with Pecan Browned Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 (6-oz) tilapia fillets
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; season fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Transfer fish to a serving platter; add butter to skillet, and cook over medium heat until melted.
  4. Add pecans; cook 3 minutes or until butter is browned and nutty.
  5. Pour over fish.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable wild rice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen steam-in-bag green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave rice according to package directions; toss with oil and rosemary.
  2. Microwave green beans according to package directions; toss with butter.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
