Cheesy Beef and Bean Burritos
Tortilla Chips and Salsa
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 to 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (15.5-oz) can refried beans
- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable Spanish rice
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium-high heat stirring until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Stir in cumin; season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Heat beans according to package directions.
- Spread desired amount of beans onto tortillas. Spoon ground beef down center of each tortilla. Top with desired amount of rice, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and cilantro; roll up.

- ½ (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
- ½ (16-oz) container fresh salsa
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve chips with salsa.
