Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp pepper
  • 1 (18-oz) pkg romaine salad mix
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a large bowl; gradually whisk in oil.
  2. Stir in ¼ cup cheese and pepper. Add lettuce and chicken; toss. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese.

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes, and place in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, and salt. Pour over tomatoes; toss gently. Let stand 10 minutes.
