Skillet Ground Beef with Garlic and Oregano
Fresh Greens with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
Instructions
- Cook onion and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
- Add beef, garlic, and oregano; cook 5 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 2 (5-oz) pkg arugula-baby spinach mix
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
