Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- ½ cup raw whole almonds, chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Process avocados, strawberries, coconut milk, mint, honey, lime juice and a handful of ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour evenly into 4 serving bowls. Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
