Strawberry-Avocado Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • ½ cup raw whole almonds, chopped
  • ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process avocados, strawberries, coconut milk, mint, honey, lime juice and a handful of ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Pour evenly into 4 serving bowls. Top with blueberries, almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.
