Cheese-Stuffed BLT Hot Dogs
Southern Coleslaw and Baked BeansIngredients
- 1 (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-count) pkg hot dog buns, split and toasted
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut a lengthwise slit down the center of each hot dog (being careful not to cut through hot dog). Stuff cheese into each slit and place cheese-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot dogs are done.
- Place hot dogs in buns; top with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with Ranch dressing.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- ¾ tsp celery salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (28-oz) can baked beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Stir together slaw, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, celery salt, and pepper.
- Heat beans according to package directions.
