One-Pan Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes
Baby Kale SaladsIngredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg smoked sausage
- 2 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (from a can)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss together all ingredients on a greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Slice sausage, and serve with vegetables. Top servings with cheese.
