Tater Tot Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen seasoned tater tots, thawed
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place 5 tater tots in each well of 20 muffin cups; bake 15 minutes.
  3. Carefully press tater tots into bottoms and up sides of muffin cups with the back of a spoon. Return to oven, and bake 25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in 1 cup cheese, ½ cup barbecue sauce, 1 Tbsp Dijon, and Worcestershire.
  5. Spoon beef mixture into tater tot "cups". Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Stir together mayonnaise, ½ cup barbecue sauce, and 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard. Top beef mixture with pickles and drizzle with sauce.
