Sheet Pan Sriracha-Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ lb chicken cutlets
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower medley
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ red onion, cut into wedges
- ½ Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp organic Ranch dressing mix (such as Simply Organic)
- ½ Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 1 large rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Arrange in an even layer on preheated pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
