Spaghetti Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 3 oz thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 1 (12-count) pkg slider buns
- 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
- 2½ Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add sauce; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain well, and stir pasta into meat sauce. Let cool 5 minutes to thicken up.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Open slider buns and arrange bottoms (touching) on a foil-lined baking sheet. Tear cheese to fit buns; place cheese on bun bottoms to cover. Mound ⅓ cup spaghetti-and-meat sauce over cheese on each bun. Top with more cheese. Cover with bun tops.
- Stir together melted butter, garlic salt, and, if desired, seasoning; brush onto sliders. Bake, uncovered, 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
- Ketchup
- 3 peaches, peeled and sliced
- ½ lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions; serve with ketchup.
- Toss together peach slices and grapes in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
