Crackers with Lemon-Avocado SpreadIngredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- 1 pint blackberries
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ½ cup refrigerated balsamic vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
- 1 (4-oz) pkg honey-glazed almonds mix, coarsely chopped (such as Sahale Snacks)
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Combine arugula, chicken, berries, and basil in a bowl; drizzle with dressing, and toss. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese.

- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 (4.5-oz) pkg rosemary-olive oil multiseed crackers (such as Crunchmaster)
