Grilled Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 center-cut, bone-in pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.
  2. Brush pork with oil. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine honey and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Place pork on grill; brush with honey mixture.
  5. Grill 4 minutes; turn and reduce heat to medium.
  6. Brush pork with remaining honey mixture. Grill 4 minutes or to desired doneness.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 lb head bok choy, trimmed and coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute .
  4. Add bok choy; sauté 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce.
