Grilled Honey-Glazed Pork Chops
Gingered Bok Choy and Steamed Rice
Ingredients
- 6 center-cut, bone-in pork chops
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Brush pork with oil. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper.
- Combine honey and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Place pork on grill; brush with honey mixture.
- Grill 4 minutes; turn and reduce heat to medium.
- Brush pork with remaining honey mixture. Grill 4 minutes or to desired doneness.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 lb head bok choy, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute .
- Add bok choy; sauté 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce.
