Skillet Jerk Shrimp
Pineapple Rice and Steamed BroccoliIngredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 2 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning
- 4 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with Jerk seasoning.
- Melt butter in a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp, in batches if necessary, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink and firm.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup finely chopped pineapple
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; transfer to a serving bowl, and stir in green onions and pineapple.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; season to taste.
