Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies

Toasted Garlic-Rosemary Bread

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg Dutch baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1½ lb flank steak

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Whisk together oil, garlic, and rosemary in a large bowl; add potatoes, broccoli, and onion. Toss.
  3. Place steak in center of a rimmed baking sheet. Arrange vegetables in a single layer around steak. Brush steak with any remaining oil mixture. Season steak and vegetables with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and steak is medium. Let steak stand 10 minutes.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Stir together garlic, olive oil, and parsley; spread over cut sides of bread .
  3. Broil until toasted.
