Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies
Toasted Garlic-Rosemary Bread
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 (24-oz) pkg Dutch baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1½ lb flank steak
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Whisk together oil, garlic, and rosemary in a large bowl; add potatoes, broccoli, and onion. Toss.
- Place steak in center of a rimmed baking sheet. Arrange vegetables in a single layer around steak. Brush steak with any remaining oil mixture. Season steak and vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and steak is medium. Let steak stand 10 minutes.

- 1 (16-oz) loaf Italian bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Stir together garlic, olive oil, and parsley; spread over cut sides of bread .
- Broil until toasted.
