Ingredients

  • 2 (10.4-oz) pkg chopped poppy seed salad kits (such as Dole)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 oz crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk together poppy seed dressings from salad kits and lemon juice.
  2. Place greens, seeds, and cranberries from salad kit in a large bowl. Add chicken, strawberries, blueberries, and onion; drizzle with dressing, and toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
