Chicken, Berries, and Mixed Greens with Poppy Seed Dressing
Sea Salt Multigrain Crackers
Ingredients
- 2 (10.4-oz) pkg chopped poppy seed salad kits (such as Dole)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Whisk together poppy seed dressings from salad kits and lemon juice.
- Place greens, seeds, and cranberries from salad kit in a large bowl. Add chicken, strawberries, blueberries, and onion; drizzle with dressing, and toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
