Oven-Fried Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Celery and Apple ColeslawIngredients
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Stir together wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Place flour in a resealable plastic bag; place panko in a shallow dish.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; add to flour. Seal bag, and shake to coat.
- Dip chicken in wing sauce mixture; dredge in panko, pressing gently to adhere. Place on a greased wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until panko is browned and chicken is done.
- Serve with dressing.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 1 Gala apple, chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- 1½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- ¼ tsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl; season to taste.
