Pesto and Feta Flatbread Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2  (4.4-oz) pieces whole-grain naan
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place naan on an ungreased baking sheet; top with pesto, both cheeses, and nuts.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pitas are crisp.
  3. Cut each pita into quarters; pack in an airtight container or wrap with aluminum foil.

  • 2 cups cubed honeydew

  1. Serve melon alongside pizzas.
