Pesto and Feta Flatbread Pizzas
Fresh Honeydew Chunks
Ingredients
- 2 (4.4-oz) pieces whole-grain naan
- ¼ cup pesto
- ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place naan on an ungreased baking sheet; top with pesto, both cheeses, and nuts.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pitas are crisp.
- Cut each pita into quarters; pack in an airtight container or wrap with aluminum foil.
