Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes
Drizzled Green Beans
Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 2 lb creamer potatoes (such as The Little Potato Company)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops on one end of a large rimmed baking sheet and potatoes on opposite end. Drizzle with oil.
- Mix Ranch, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chops and potatoes.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until pork chops are done and potatoes are tender. Serve with ketchup.

- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. season with salt. Drizzle with Ranch.
