Sheet Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 2 lb creamer potatoes (such as The Little Potato Company)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops on one end of a large rimmed baking sheet and potatoes on opposite end. Drizzle with oil.
  2. Mix Ranch, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chops and potatoes.
  3. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until pork chops are done and potatoes are tender. Serve with ketchup.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. season with salt. Drizzle with Ranch.
