Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground chorizo sausage
  • ¼ lb lean ground beef
  • 3 radishes, diced
  • 1 small green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp crème fraîche (or use sour cream)
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 4 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook chorizo and beef in a large nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
  2. Meanwhile, combine radishes, onion, crème fraîche, lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve beef-chorizo mixture and radish salsa in tortillas.
