Sheet Pan Honey-Ginger Salmon and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ½ lb salmon fillets
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • 1½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp refrigerated ginger paste
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper; divide between 2 bowls. Brush one portion of honey mixture over fish.
  2. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Arrange beans around fish.
  3. Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining portion of honey mixture over fish. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with beans.
