Chipotle Nacho Taco Salads

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 (15.25-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (1.25-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 (9.75-oz) pkg nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 (16-oz) bottle chipotle ranch salad dressing
Instructions
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add beans, taco seasoning mix, and water; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Arrange chips on 6 plates; top with lettuce, meat mixture, cheese, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle salads with desired amount of dressing.
