Turkey-Avocado Street Tacos

Ingredients
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ lb ground turkey
- ½ cup canned no-salt-added black beans, drained
- ⅓ cup chicken taco skillet sauce (such as Frontera)
- ½ avocado, cubed
- ⅓ cup refrigerated pico de gallo, drained
- 4 corn tortillas
- 2 Tbsp crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook onion and turkey in a nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is browned and crumbly. Add beans and taco sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Toss together avocado and pico de gallo in a bowl. Serve turkey mixture in tortillas with avocado mixture and cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- ⅛ tsp grated lime rind
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add slaw; toss.
