Turkey-Avocado Street Tacos

Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup canned no-salt-added black beans, drained
  • ⅓ cup chicken taco skillet sauce (such as Frontera)
  • ½ avocado, cubed 
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated pico de gallo, drained
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and turkey in a nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is browned and crumbly. Add beans and taco sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Toss together avocado and pico de gallo in a bowl. Serve turkey mixture in tortillas with avocado mixture and cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp grated lime rind
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • 1½ cups tricolor coleslaw

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add slaw; toss.
