Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 3 radishes, diced
- 1 small green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Meanwhile, combine radishes, onion, sour cream, lime juice, and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve beef mixture and radish salsa in tortillas.
