Ingredients

  • 1½ lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry medley (such as Eat Smart)

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or to desired doneness.
  2. Stir together broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thickened.
  3. Meanwhile, steam vegetables according to package directions; stir into beef mixture.

  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable brown basmati rice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions. Stir in cilantro and sesame seeds.
