Asian Beef Stir-Fry
Sesame-Cilantro Basmati RiceIngredients
- 1½ lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry medley (such as Eat Smart)
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or to desired doneness.
- Stir together broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, steam vegetables according to package directions; stir into beef mixture.

- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable brown basmati rice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

- Heat rice according to package directions. Stir in cilantro and sesame seeds.
