Pecan-Crusted Fish
Garlicky Green Beans and Carrots
Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets (or use flounder or grouper)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup pecan pieces, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a large lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Combine honey, mustard, sugar, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper; brush over fish. Sprinkle with nuts, pressing to adhere.
- Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
