Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia fillets (or use flounder or grouper)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup pecan pieces, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a large lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Combine honey, mustard, sugar, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper; brush over fish. Sprinkle with nuts, pressing to adhere.
  2. Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
