Shrimp Naan Pizzas with Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8.8-oz) pkg whole-grain naan
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ clove garlic
- ¾ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined, large wild-caught raw shrimp
- ⅛ tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 (7.5-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit with Greek yogurt dressing (such as Fresh Express)
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush tops of naan with oil. Bake on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
- Remove naan from oven; rub with cut sides of garlic. Top with cheese and shrimp; sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and shrimp turn pink.
- Meanwhile, toss together tomatoes and all salad kit ingredients.
- Cut pizzas into wedges, and sprinkle with pepper. Serve salad with pizzas.
