Sheet Pan Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg snow peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 5 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients except sesame seeds on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • 1½ cups long-grain rice
